** Domestic Violence, Menacing by Stalking, Aggravated Trespass, Assault, or violation of CPO/TPO, or other crimes involving violence or firearms, are not bondable offenses. Bond must be set by the Judge.**

** Bond will ordinarily be set on the next business day after arrest. **

PROBATION VIOLATIONS are to be held the next business day.

  • OVI (3 rd in 10 years)
  • Menacing
  • Child Endangering
  • Hit/Skip
  • Failure to Comply with Order/Signal
  • Unlawful Restraint
  • Falsification
  • Obstructing Official Business
All Other Misdemeanors Own Recognizance
Cash, Real Estate, or Surety Bail/Bonds in Felony Cases
Fifth Degree Felony $5,000.00
Fourth Degree Felony $10,000.00
Third Degree Felony $20,000.00
Second Degree Felony $50,000.00
First Degree Felony $100,000.00

Bench Warrants/Arrest Warrants will include a Bond when issued.
